I’m Jackie, a passionate Christian and certified health coach dedicated to helping people break free from dependence on sugar, flour, and ultra-processed foods. My approach is grounded in the belief that we are fearfully and wonderfully made in God’s image and that caring for our bodies is an important part of honoring Him.

My journey into health coaching began with my own search for better health. After facing numerous health challenges and finding that conventional approaches often failed to address the root causes, I became committed to learning everything I could about nutrition, metabolism, and the powerful impact food has on our physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. What started as a personal quest for answers grew into a calling to help others find freedom and healing.

It grieves me to see so many people struggling with fatigue, chronic illness, inflammation, weight gain, anxiety, depression, and food cravings without understanding why. Many have been told that these struggles are simply part of life, when in reality, their bodies may be crying out for a different way of nourishment. My mission is to help people understand the role that sugar, refined flour, and ultra-processed foods play in keeping them trapped in cycles of cravings, poor health, and frustration—and to show them a path forward.

Through faith-based coaching, practical strategies, personalized support, and a focus on lasting lifestyle change, I help clients regain control over their food choices, renew their health, and experience the freedom that comes from living in alignment with how God designed their bodies to function.

I’m a mother of two grown sons, married for 30 years to my best friend, a cyclist, avid gardener, dog trainer, home cook, Navy veteran, and lifelong learner with a love for foreign languages and new experiences. Today, I’m living life with the energy, purpose, and joy God intended, and I would be honored to help you break free from sugar and ultra-processed foods so you can do the same.
